I have sat in the one his friend Braga kept for him in Sintra. Ayrton used it when he was racing in Estoril. I sat in it when he and Adrianne where secretly visiting Frank WIlliams at the Palacio Hotel in Estoril. I left a card for him on the steering wheel and when he stopped to sign our book the following morning at the track he showed me he had kept my card.

That car doesn't belong on the side of the road, it belongs in a showroom, that's not just a car... It's hard to describe... It was once the car from the greatest F1 driver who ever lived...

He was caught by the policie racing a fellow F1 driver, on this black one, on a saturday night before a race, on Lisbon-Oporto highway. At least that's how the legend goes with F1 oldtimers in Portugal.

There where 2 NSX in Portugal driven by Senna. a red one from Honda's dealership just sold some months ago. It was kept just for him as HR spent time in his house in Algarve. There are pictures of him washing her. The other was a black one owned by Braga, long time friend and mentor for Senna to use where he was in Estoril. Is the exact same spec has his brazilian ride (the only that was registred with his name)

When Honda release this car Sena won 2 of them, one red and one black like the one in the picture and the black one still with the family in Brazil and the plate is BSS-8888.

If this particular nsx did belong to ayrton senna then it should be left in a museum in Brazil

For me, is a fake. That car is maybe a Ayrton Senna special edition. Ayrton has never living in Portugal. This car is in Portugal. Ayrton was brasilian.

I'd never be able to drive it - the sacrilege were I to crash it would simply be too great. More apt as a museum piece than anything else.

Portuguese number plates I presume. His Portuguese house in Quinto De Lago was right opposite my Uncle's house. Apparently he'd tinker with it until it wouldn't work and Honda would fly two mechanics out to sort it out.

Can it be true? I've always loved the ride though Senna is gone, I think it would save a piece of collection to keep in remembrance of the Brazillian speeds star.

I think people over estimate what a used honda nsx is really worth. I doubt it will fetch stupid money at auction. Maybe a little over double what an nsx would normally go for, but that's less than 80 grand in anyone's money. That's if it even is a car that Senna owned.

The Buyer should build another shrine for Aryton senna at Imola Raceway, put senna's NSX there and when Honda make the new NSX they dedicate a one off model to Senna. Like the Stirling moss SLR

This is fake. It's some one trying to get some easy money by selling something that is not true. This car was for sale on Portugal, and the site were the ads where posted removed the ads because the seller could prof that the car was from Sena. It's true that one NSX with a Portuguese license plate belonging to Ayrton existed, but that same car was then sold to a Ayrton friend who was Portuguese. This friend years later sold the car to a private collector outside Portugal.

Yes Ayrton had I think three NSX he also owned a black CRX we had a laugh about it once as I have one too and was sleeping in it at Silverstone. He was worried about me and offered to pay for a hotel room. He was very kind to people he
